My dog has been having ear problems for over about two years now. I went to two other vets, but nothing was helping so I wanted to get another opinion. Dr. Howell is the best vet I’ve been to! She took the time to examine Lily completely, not only helping with her ears, but with other things that I didn’t even know was a problem until now. She took the time to explain all of the different options we had to help Lily get better, and took her time answering all of my questions. The staff was so sweet too!
Brought my rescue pup today for a bowel issue . With covid , it was curbside service. Dr.howell took so much time to talk to me on the phone and thoroughly explained everything to me and answered all my questions. She didn’t over test or over treat (something I’ve seen so much of). I have been searching for the right small animal vet since I moved to Kentucky - I can say I have definently found what I was looking for with Helmwood. thank you!
