Great and caring staff! They are the BEST!! They almost always know me when I walk in the door. They are super friendly to me and my pets. Dr. Jodi Howell is super caring and has a real concern for my pets. She directly calls me with test results or any concern. Love her!! Always puts me at ease!! The other veterinarians are friendly too! A+++++ Always recommend them to my friends!

Helmwood has been wonderful (all the vets, techs, receptionists, and kennel assistants) since the passing of dr berry. I didn't know what I would do or who I would go to for veterinary services. Until I found Helmwood.... Now, I work there! They always were and still are so great with my animals!!!
Such a caring place! They took great care of my Lily and have great follow up! Thank you all and to Dr. Howell especially!

I would like to give all the staff at Helmwood Vet. Clinic a big THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. Thanks to you all my Sugar isn't suffering any more. I wasn't in a position to put my 18 year old Boxer down, so Helmwood's staff waieved their fees. For that I am forever grateful. Again Thank you all. Sincerely yours Sugar Peerce's family.
I love our vet! We are so blessed to have such a wonderful team of people care for our dogs! They take their time with everyone who walks through the door....we never feel rushed, always feel like we get the best service, and they answer every question! The love my doggies receive is endless!!! They really outshine any other vets out there! If you want nothing but the best for you animals, you should bring them here! Thank you for always giving my family the best!!!

I usually go to the vet in Louisville but my poor little Champ needed to be seen ASAP & I knew the traffic on 65 wouldn't allow that at my vet office! I called Helmwood & the said bring him right in!!! Champ it turned out was VERY sick! Not at all what I thought may be wrong with him!! So the started on his treatment right away! The vet called me this morning letting me know he is doing better, not out of the woods yet, but surprisingly better! Which was the BEST news I have heard in 2 weeks!!
