The Vets & the Techs always know you and your fur kids. It's so nice when you have them great your 'kid' and say "she's my favorite dog". I know they say it to all their patients but it makes you feel like they truly care. I sincerely feel they all do. They get 4 paws up from Ms. Pepper!!
Multiple issues over time. Not confident my dogs are being treated appropriately during their time there. Will not be going back.

If you love your animals avoid this vet. Due to negligence and misconduct they lost our dog. They waited 2 hours to call us and did not look for the dog. I verified with animal control that no reports were made as they claimed there had been. We were told that is wasnt their responsibility to locate the dog as we checked a box that said they can walk the dog, as if that absolved them off all responsibility. our dog was found dirty and bleeding 5 hours later. our vet thinks she was definitely abused and neglected to be in thi... read more
DO NOT USE THIS VET! They told us they had an "enclosed" yard for the dogs. I was explicit in saying my dog needed a harness and double leash bc she has a terrible past and is afraid of people. So instead the used a single leash and an inexperienced untrained walker. she got loose. they didn't search for her, they claimed to call animal control at 0700 ( they don't open until 1300), you can do the math. then when I arrived they said they had other animals and refused to help us look. the cops and some wonderful etown citizen... read more
