Tried to fit our sick dog in but you insisted that you close at 2pm and you could not fit her in today… you have no problem taking our money over the last 6 years but can’t fit in a very sick dog in today. Yet you can argue on Facebook while you’re supposed to be “caring for clients” They don’t care about animals simply from that statement. They are family to us not “clients” This place is a joke and we will not be back ever again. Avoid this place if you care about your animals health.
Just to let y’all know, my pet passed away. Y’all wouldn’t know that because you didn’t care when I brought him in gasping for breaths and y’all didn’t care after to give me a call to check in. You have taken so much of my money and never cared about my pet. I wasted hours and hours in your parking lot only to bury my best friend. I had to ASK you to run tests to figure out what was ailing him in the past. Hindsight is 20/20. At the time we didn’t know, we didn’t know up until recently that they were charging services for my cat that didn’t really even need to be done, just for their own personal gain and profit. They steamrolled us just as you would see with “Time to renew your cars extended warranty” Our sweet baby was diagnosed with hypothyroidism some time ago. Well so far not a good experience. Had appointment at 11:30 and here it is 12:10 and still haven’t seen a vet. There are absolutely no other people here in the waiting area. How is it taking so long??!!
Start treating people as customers, not wallets.
When I came in to get my cat his rabies shot a few years back, I signed up for this subscription they had and a few months later, i cancelled it because I moved him to another vet. I called them to cancel it and I was told that it was cancelled. Flash forward to a few days ago, I got a call saying that I had a outstanding balance owed to them from a collections agency. They are horrible they messed my moms dogs surgery to to get her spade so couldnt use her back legs after that. They closed her up so bad that her insides were coming out. My mom's dog just recently died cause she could barely move from what that animal hospital did to her. I will never take my dog here ever.
I miiss working with the best people n docs..there awesome
