"Frances was amazing " Frances was a great sales representative and honestly is what kept the deal together. When management was playing hardball Frances played mediator and helped bring the parties together to come to a fair deal for both sides. She’s knowledge and all all around trustworthy person. More sales managers should be like her!!!

"Frances is awesome " I was introduced to Ms Tievy during my browsing session at the dealership. Even though she knew that I wouldn’t be making a purchase that weekend, she was attentive, informative and very patient. We agreed on a date of purchase that was 3 weeks after our first meeting. "Pretty amazing car sales experience" Sven is the best car salesman I've ever interacted with. He is extremely knowledgeable about electric cars, and he taught us a lot about the new technology. Also, he's just a really friendly and helpful guy, in general.

"Great guys" Sven Laszczak is a really nice dealer to work with. He was down to earth and easy to talk to. He answered all the questions that I had even though it was my first time buying a car. I felt pressured at first but talking to Sven made me feel more at ease. I tried to haggle with him and after pushing it a little more we came to an agreeable price. "Worthwhile and Satisfied " Sven Laszczak is great at what he does. My family and I came to him in a very unique situation. It’s never easy when you’re moving back to the states from overseas and starting from scratch. Sven was beyond amazing, attentive to our needs, gave us great customer service and was very kind. I'm glad he was there to assist us. On top of everything, Sven was very knowledgeable and patient with us. I’m a satisfied customer overall.

"Very happy!" I had a very pleasant experience with Herb Gordon Nissan, which was in contrast to other dealerships who were not respectful or helpful to a woman coming in alone to find a car. Akeem was low-key, helpful and friendly. He came in on his day off to complete the purchase and pick up of my new-to-me Lexus.
