"Wonderful experience" We had a very good experience buying our certified pre-owned Nissan Rogue Sport SL in March. The entire team was wonderful to work with and no sales pressure. A particular shout-out to our Product Consultant Frances Tievy. We instantly bonded with her due to her down-to-earth style and great sense of humor. She lives up to her motto "Allow me the opportunity to treat you like family".
"Faith Renewed in Service Team" Ever since George has retired, the service team has gone through a lot of different people and changes. I have been with Herb Gordon since 2001 and have bought two vehicles. Ever since Grant King has taken over the service on my vehicle I have been pleased. Grant keeps me informed and explains the repairs. Grant calls after the repair to see if all is well with the service performed. Most importantly Grant makes the customer feel at ease.
"Amazing experience" Sven is very helpful and considerate. He is extremely knowledgeable with regards to EV's. Having shopped around, no one came close to his knowledge and helpfulness. I recommend him for anyone looking to buy a new car!
"EV Knowledgeable" Sven was a refreshing change - an EV salesman who actually owns one himself and knows how they operate, charge, specs, etc. He was generous with his time and thinking through what we needed. Although we ultimately decided not to buy at this time, he was upbeat throughout.
"Superior service from Sven" After test driving a Leaf and meeting with Sven, my wife and I narrowed our choices between the Nissan and a Honda Fit. Although we ultimately chose the Fit, as some of its features were not available on the Leaf, Sven was an excellent salesperson. His expertise and ability to communicate his knowledge of the product as well as his low-key but still assertive sales manner, made our choice of the Honda less than clear-cut. "Excellent Customer Service" Best customer service I have ever experienced from Sven in my past 40 years of personal car purchases, new and used. I have yet to make my purchase of the right vehicle for my son, but you can bet Sven will be my sales person when the car is found. Thank you Sven for all your assistance!
"Buying a vehicle" The only reason I purchased the vehicle from this dealership was because of Gustavo. He was very knowledgeable and very thoughtful. He tried his best to help me reach the price I was looking for. The general manager wasn't trying to come down on the vehicle. Overall, it went well but I would not have bought the Armada if it wasn't for Gus.
