"Excellent experience " Ben, the internet manager was great to deal with and helpful in making the sale process very smooth. I alao want to thank Richard Okogun with helped test the Nissan Pathfinder. We bought the Platinum model. It is really loaded with all safety and comfort features. We love it. "Great and fast service. " This was my first visit back to Herb Gordon since I purchased my 2008 Altima. When I arrived I was promptly greeted, and welcomed into the service center. Once seated in the waiting area, Marcus came in to introduce himself. It was a pleasurable experience, and my visit too much less time that originally quoted. I needed to bring the vehicle back for additional service, but a vehicle was provided for me and the work was done to my satisfaction. I’ll definitely continue to use this dealer.
