I'm looking for a memory care community for my mom. The person I toured with spent a lot of time with me and educated me on memory care. I had already toured two other places and was very confused about it all. After touring Heritage Hills, I feel I have all the information to make an educated decision. Thank you!

In general, the management is helpful. Our dining experience has changed. The quality of our food has changed, as well as adhering to senior's diet needs. Too many starches, etc. I assume it is due to budget constraints. The grade of meat, fish, and fowl is lower in quality. Disappointing. Also, our 5-6% increase in our rent was not appreciated.

Excellent Memory Care. Small, homey and clean. The administrator and staff were very kind and knowledgeable about their facility. I felt they really cared about their residents.

My mother has been in this Memory Care facility for 4 years. She will celebrate her 100 birthday this [date removed]. When I get depressed about her condition the one thing that cheers me up is that I know she is getting excellent care by a loving staff. I am grateful for her care by a staff that is educated in how to deal with memory loss redesients. The energy in this community is positive.

Great neighborhood; friendly staff and residents, caring and helpful; many activities and road trips; easy access to churchouse, dining room, etc. nice walking trail; pets are welcomed and are known by name by staff and neighbors; great city - delicious meals. Also, affordable rates.
