My mom is a resident at Pacifica Senior Living Heritage Hills. The staff are excellent in caring for the residents and I feel more than anything that my mom is safe. I think the food is very good. I receive a monthly newsletter and also phone calls, as needed. I will definitely recommend Heritage Hills to family and friends.

Moving Mom to Pacifica Senior Living Heritage Hills was the best decision we could have made. Our whole family is sleeping better at night knowing that Mom is living her best life here. My mom is now surrounded with new friends who encourage her to join in different groups. She's always busy and laughing when I call. The staff is super friendly and patient. It has surpassed my expectations! I will encourage anyone looking to check out Heritage Hills. I am very happy here! I picked this community, because I have my own little house, and the cost. I would recommend to others, it is lovely here.

I picked community because they have single homes, which was less expensive. I like that they have an on-site rehab facility. I am very happy here, and I enjoy it. They have wonderful people. I would recommend to others.

Our family had an in person tour with Pacifica Senior living and overall we did think it was a good community, the people there were very nice. The reason we did not pick it, is because they just did not have everything we were looking for

Heritage Hills is very peaceful, creative and above all friendly and welcoming. We moved in around Thanksgiving 2022 and have been impressed so far, there are many activities to choose from, it is easy to stay busy.

This facility was very accommodating with our needs when we moved in. Affordable and best value for our needs. Having our own house rather than a 'hotel' feel. Staff is great when it comes to service, even though getting adequate staffing in today's market is obviously difficult.

Beautiful grounds and lovely staff that are very professional and helpful. I enjoy being a part of this community. They even have onsite physical and occupational therapy services which is first class.

Right away the friendliness of the staff and the residents just stood out to me, and based on my experience so far with Pacifica Senior Living I have recommended this community and will continue to do so. All of the activities I have been apart of I really enjoy, and I am able to have a pet here. I think being able to have a pet here is very important, there is no weight restriction or a restrictions on the number of pets you can have.
