We were able to do an in person tour at this facility, it was very very nice, however our loved one is very picky and he did not think it was going to be a good fit.
WE'VE JUST ENDED ONE YEAR OF LIVING AT REGENCY PARK. BEST CHOICE WE COULD HAVE MADE ...AFTER VISITING MORE THAN A DOZEN FL. INDEPENDENT LIVING FACILITIES. FIRST, THE FOOD (QUALITY AND CHOICES) IS EXCELLENT. 2-BEDROOM APT. IS WELL PLANNED AND BALCONY A HUGE PLUS. NO LONG INSTITUTIONAL HALLWAYS...VERY WELL APPOINTED, LUXURIOUS FLOWER ARRANGEMENTS EVERYWHERE, PICTURES, ACCESSORIES, LIGHTING, GORGEOUS. ALWAYS PROUD TO SHOW FAMILY VISITORS. I believe there is no better place for Senior Living in all of South Florida. After visiting all of the options and senior communities for my mother in Vero Beach, I arranged a "test" stay with Regency Park for two months in January 2017. She so love it, she moved here permanently on May 1, 2017, just two months after she first visited! From everything I've seen and experienced so far (will not move in until 4/26!), I've made the right decision. The facility is excellent with the most options for dining I've seen anywhere. The team is very friendly ... was even accepted by the dog greeter!!! Care Services and activities seem to be the best I've written and heard about, but have not experienced yet.

We visited this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. I thought this communtiy was very nice looking overall! The facility was lovely, well furnished, and clean. The staff all seemed very responsive and friendly, as well.
My in laws are having a very difficult time getting their refund for their unit. We are approaching a year and it seems like all they do is stall. It is meaningful money that they need for assisted care as they are 86 and 90 years old. It’s outrageous it is taking so long. Will revise my review once my in laws are paid.
When new management took over 2 weeks after my father moved in. Everything when downhill. Many people have moved out. Activities have decreased, the maintenance is lacking on the hallways. Food quantity and choice have decreased. Not too much good to say at this point.
Since Heron Point took over ownership of Regency in VB, the residents are very unhappy. The pool has been closed for months. Quality of food has dimenished. People are being locked out of their rooms . Until the last minute residents were not advised about support they would receive during hurricane.
The facility was sold two weeks after we moved my dad in. Housekeeping was non existent. Dining options changed to self-serve food for seniors with their walkers. The hallways are filthy. Pool is dirty. We are told they have hired staff and things will change. He would have been better off staying in his home.
