Great place, but beware R.P.'s surprise Hurricane Surcharge.....After Dorian threatened in Aug. '19, building & exterior storm preparations were passed on to renters: $350 for single apt, $750 for couple. Why: "Expenses were over what Corp. budgeted"...Could be more than one storm next year. Some call it elderly "gouging".
My mother lives here it’s in deplorable condition. But that’s not what bothers me as I understand construction but the beautician is preying on my mom. She tells her what to tip but has now mentioned that her birthday is [date removed]. Expecting a gift or money is wrong
Please be very cautious about this facility. They do not adhere to the legal terms of their lease agreements. Additionally, maintenance leaves a great deal to be desired. Just ask residents of the west building how many months there were open buckets to catch rain water from a leaking roof on the 3rd floor.

I would steer clear of Regency Park. My friend used to live here and there was mold in every room in her apartment - black mold running down the wall.
