We brought our dog Polly in as an emergency. Dr Kathy was on duty and took our little girl as if she were her own. She explained her injury in full she stayed 2 nights. On the 2nd day she was releast with medication and instruction for follow up. The next day she called to check on her progress. We are forever greatful for her understand ing of how caring she was to Polly.

I had to bring in our sweet Mishi on a Sunday, after she suddenly fell ill. We were helped by Dr. Bell who arrived at the clinic very soon after I spoke to her on the phone. Unfortunately Mishi's body was already too far gone, and Dr. Bell was very honest, but gentle, about the poor prognosis. Dr. Bell gave us the ability to provide Mishi with the greatest kindness we could in that moment, which was to let her go. Had an emergency issue yesterday late afternoon. I called, they said come right on now, and they were waiting when I got there. They were fabulous and oh so caring !! Fixed the issue immediately! I cannot thank them enough for the super care for my dog , Bama.

Our boy Snickers was extremely ill due to pancreatitis and we came to find out many other health problems. He was also diabetic on insulin. We were extremely lucky to have the excellent compassionate care of Dr. Danielle Bell and the staff at Highland Lakes Vet Clinic. For over a week Dr. Bell worked with us to try to save Snickers. As out of town visitors with a pet emergency, the staff and Dr Krobot treated my brother, myself and his dog with the utmost kindness. They were able to diagnose what was wrong and treated his beloved fur baby with such kindness and gentleness. We can highly recommend this veterinary service and staff to all. .

I have had multiple dogs live long lived under their care, I moved 2 hours away and have a new vet for emergencies but travel back yearly to have them check my babies! Love
