I find the management helpful and when I make a maintenance request it gets done
Lived here for almost a year and am upgrading to a two bedroom because we like it so much. Never had any issues with the residents or management and it's a pretty quiet community, which is nice. They are currently renovating a lot, so there is a bit of a pain in that process, but other than that it's been great living here and I would definitely recommend.
I like renting from Highland. The staff are always responsive to my needs acting quickly and efficiently. The only ongoing problem I see is the trash situation which I put down to the other residents. Why would you take your bags to the dumpster and not put them IN the dumpster. Ratchet.
