The worst renting experience I have ever had. There are CHEAPER safer apartments in downtown Indianapolis. I had to hassle the office about the dumbest things (trash being picked up, laundry rooms being cleaned, literally asking if they can mop our common areas or leave a mat out) The cherry on top of my Christmas was our car wheels being stolen and then the apartments caught on fire. Leasing office is never open . They come and go as pleased. It’s almost noon and no one is there. Packages get delivered and left outside because no ones ever there. One day its open at 9. Next 1030.. today clearly they aren’t coming in. It’s frustrating especially when the the leasing company before accepted all packages, were very reliable and actually cared about their residents....
I have lived here since 2013. Last year things started to go down hill when management changed. I pay a decent amount for rent for my townhome to come home every night with no where to park. Now that it has snowed outside no one has shoveled and ur sliding ur way into ur parking spots if u can find one. (Never was like this with last management) my neighbor had a pest issue, which was treated which in turn sent the issue my way. This management will not tell you the important things you need to know when you inquire about this place. The elevator doesn't work - never has, never will. The common areas are dirty, smelly and won't be renovated in my lifetime. They do not provide common courtesies like trash cans in the laundry room or the mailbox areas because the maintenance man says that he is "not a cleaner." Lived there for 3.5 years and it's gotten worse and worse. Multiple calls to maintenance for the same problems (leaking AC). Always people screaming up and down the hallway. Recently had laundry stolen from the dryer machine. Can't wait to move out in November since breaking your lease costs four months of rent.
