Our Yorkie, Abby had medical issue and we contacted Highlands and they were able to see her The next morning. Dr. Kiernicki and her staff were gentle and kind to Abby and then the doctor explained to us what was going on, and treated her. I trust the Doctor and we have already set-up Abby's next appointment visit.

I had a wonderful experience at this place. My puppy got hurt and they saw her immediately. The entire staff was so nice and friendly and so good with my puppy. They handled the situation with such grace and care. They were just what we needed during a very stressful time. So thankful they were happy to help me. My puppy is doing great!

Highlands Eldorado Veterinary Hospital is the best. I've been going for 14 years. Dr Taylor treats all my cats and is so knowledgeable and caring, and even asks how my horses are doing. The staff is superb! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Our cat was near death because of a foreign object that was lodged in his intestines. We rushed him to the vet at 7am when we woke up to find him lethargic, vomiting, and basically non-responsive. Doctor Taylor and others on staff saved his life by pushing his surgery ahead of non-urgent ones and removing the obstruction. He was able to come home the next day, and he's healing well. Dr. Taylor has been my vet for several years. Recently, we had to bring our dog in for a life-threatening condition. Dr Taylor acted quickly and diagnosed the problem. Our dog isn't out of the woods yet, but I feel he is in very good hands at Highland Eldorado.

Very caring, friendly, and professional staff. We are new to Texas and wanted to find the best care for our 4 legged fur kids, this is the place! Dr. Taylor and the entire staff understood our concerns and provided the best pre, during, and post care for our 15 year old PooChin undergoing a dental with anesthesia. The procedure went well and "Baby" is like a much younger dog ever since! Our other 9 year old dog "Gigi" recovered very fast from Pancreatitis with the excellent care provided. We're very grateful, thank you!

Been to a lot of vets - others are great but this one the best We just moved to South Carolina, and I miss the people at Highlands-Eldorado. *****The BEST part about Dr. K and Dr. Taylor is that they assess the situation and explain fully what's going on with your pup. They tell you all of your options. I would ask "what would you do if this was your pet?" and I believe they gave me very honest answers. We have been coming to Highlands for five years now and just added a second dog to our home. Dr Taylor and staff are extremely warm and caring. They truly love what they do and it shows in the way they treat our dogs. We have multiple friends that use Highlands Vet and they have all experienced the same level of service.
