RecommendedI love the excellent care my animals have received since we started taking our animals there for both routine visits and for more serious illnesses. The vets are skilled and kind to animals and their human families. We have seen several vets as they,like most of us, have vacations and family occasions and crises. I have always been well informed of choices for sick animals and questions have been answered patiently. The front desk people and the vet techs have treated us all with kindness. Best place for my animals!!!❤️
Great experience with Dr. Hodges and the clinic in general. I appreciate that he was able to perform surgery on our puppy the next day.
Great staff & Dr. Hodges went above & beyond on keeping us updated on our baby Ace during his several days with them for TPLO surgery. I highly recommend!

As always, a 5 star experience at this practice. I was able to book a same day appointment online at 3 am when a problem developed with my cat. They took a thorough history of the problem, investigated all possibilities, called me and discussed the results completely and asked if I needed to talk more in person when I picked her up. They treat animals as individuals, adjust tests and recommendations based on their age and thoroughly discuss everything with me pre and post exam. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
Earlier this week I had to drop off my boxer for cremation after she passed at home. The whole experience was traumatizing for me and my family, but everyone at Hillcrest Animal Hospital was so kind and patient with me as I stumbled though the paperwork associated with such a transaction. What a compassionate visit. After three different vet analysis for a hind leg limp diagnosed with X-rays, we still knew that wasn’t correct. We drove three hours squashed in the back seat to see Dr Nafe. We were met by Dr Zimmerman who did intake and he and Dr Nafe consulted. They agreed it was neurological. Did CT scan which confirmed a brain tumor. It is large and Dr Zimmerman delivered the heartbreaking news. We will have him with us for a short time. The Drs were honest and gave us prognosis. We first met Dr. Skinner on a weekend at the emergency clinic in Little Rock where she took great care of our dog, Moses. When we needed additional care for him, we determined where she worked during the week and took Moses there. Dr. Skinner is amazing! She has a genuine heart for animals, and their owners.
