RecommendedAs always, a 5 star experience at this practice. I was able to book a same day appointment online at 3 am when a problem developed with my cat. They took a thorough history of the problem, investigated all possibilities, called me and discussed the results completely and asked if I needed to talk more in person when I picked her up. They treat animals as individuals, adjust tests and recommendations based on their age and thoroughly discuss everything with me pre and post exam. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
RecommendedEarlier this week I had to drop off my boxer for cremation after she passed at home. The whole experience was traumatizing for me and my family, but everyone at Hillcrest Animal Hospital was so kind and patient with me as I stumbled though the paperwork associated with such a transaction. RecommendedWhat a compassionate visit. After three different vet analysis for a hind leg limp diagnosed with X-rays, we still knew that wasn’t correct. We drove three hours squashed in the back seat to see Dr Nafe. We were met by Dr Zimmerman who did intake and he and Dr Nafe consulted. They agreed it was neurological. RecommendedWe first met Dr. Skinner on a weekend at the emergency clinic in Little Rock where she took great care of our dog, Moses. When we needed additional care for him, we determined where she worked during the week and took Moses there. Dr. Skinner is amazing! She has a genuine heart for animals, and their owners. RecommendedI never thought I would have to come twice, but Hillcrest took care of my Cooper twice when he needed neurological care. Ten years ago he had a herniated disc in his back and recovered fabulously. Two weeks ago he stopped walking, and my local vet treated him over the weekend, but with no change on Monday, we called Hillcrest, and they told me to get in the car.
