I'm a new mama!!!! My "baby" girl Bella (red toy poodle) was born on October 23rd. So.... then I started "nesting" by researching the best foods, safest dog car seat, the softest harnesses, ect, ect, ect. Well, when it came to the vet.... I was going to be super picky!!!! Our dog contracted valley fever. The staff is very professional and caring. The vets always take the time to discuss all options. REALLY happy with the service.
Can't go wrong with Dr. Rosanke and his team. He and the staff love all animals, and they show you how much they care about your furry children! Very knowledgeable staff always professional and friendly. Our two chihuahua's like their doctor too! Best vet, we have been to (and we've seen vets in NY, MA, FL & NJ)!!!!
I am amazed at the quality of service and the sincere concern doctor Rosonke and doctor Council provide. They take time to go over details and make sure you understand every concern clearly. They are not the typical office one normally experiences by being pushed out the door within 15 minutes, instead they take a full 30 minutes with each client. We've been coming to Hillside for years and couldn't be happier with the Dr's and staff. They are always kind, caring and thorough. Love them!!!
We had a large pet family. 3 dogs and 3 cats. We lost 2 cats and 1 dog this past year. It was devastating. The care and empathy we were shown was so heartfelt. Losing a pet is never easy but the people at Hillside from the office staff to Dr. Council were simply amazing. We will never take our pet family anywhere else. Simply the best!
By far the best vets and staff hands down. Top notch in diagnosing and treating. And they care about their human and furry clients. They help homeless dogs in the community as well. Great medical skills and well and people skills
These guys and gals have been beyond great. They treat all our animals. A couple of months ago, my 14-year-old Old English Sheepdog died. I was home alone, have arthritis in my knees and spine, and could not move my 80 pound dog; on top of which I was terribly upset. Within an hour Hillside dispatched a two-person crew with a dog-sized stretcher to pick up our Chrissie, cover him with a blanket, and take him away.
