Hillside is amazing. We have a 4 year old Rottweiler that thinks he can eat ROCKS. He ate 3 rocks which really bothered his system. He could not and would not EAT nor take meds. He also FIGHTS any type of medication to make him sleep. So, eyes wide open, but totally dead weight, I lifted him onto the X Ray table. Hillside monitored for two days while he was vomiting and not eating. Last rock was BIG and finally got through last night. The doctors, nurses and entire staff are the most caring people that you could ever imagine. They have taken care of our different dogs (and 2 previous cats) for over 15 years. I can call or send an email to my "doggie's doctor," with any questions from "safe snacks" to "strange symptoms," and they are always there to help.

Dr. Rosonke and his team were absolutely excellent. They were proactive in communication and chose the correct course of action for our wonderful Bella, the doodle. Unlike many vets, they pick up the phone, respond to email, and work very hard to set up timely appointments. I encourage everyone in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area to consider Hillside.

The staff and doctors at Hillside are exceptional. They always provide the best, evidence-based care. They fully explain the diagnosis, testing, and treatment. They are honest when things are uncertain and make sure to work towards an answer. The staff is incredibly kind. I always feel that everyone knows and loves my pet when I'm there. My pup has seen all the vets there for various things. I cannot recommend Hillside enough.

I have gone to hillside animal hospital for about 16 years. Dr. Rosanke has been the vet to 6 of my ferrets over 14 years, one cat and 3 of my dogs. They have always provided each and every animal with the best possible care from the beginning of my pets life until the very end. They are extremely knowledgeable in all my pets illnesses and any procedure they would need. Additionally, they really helped to diagnose valley fever early in one of my dogs. Over the top amazing vet and staff! We had a very sick 3 yr old yorkie - Dooley and when we called they saw him within 15 mins. Thank you Hillside. Even better I emailed them about 3-4 hrs after seeing Dooley and they followed up the next morning! Our new vet and techs will be hillside.

We all say our furbabes are special (because they are duh!), but the staff at Hillside's service & care for my dog Daisy was as if she was part of their family also. She's a rescue and can be very fearful but it was obvious she felt safe with them & that speaks volumes! She's been back several times and moving forward it will be the only place we go for her care. Thanks to all the team there!

Hillside has been and will always be our number one choice for anything going forward! When our dog tore both of her Cranial Cruciate Ligaments they were super helpful in getting her in, examined, and fixed back up into proper shape! Dr. Rosonke and the rest of them team were there to answer any questions we had and did so in the friendliest way that it made us feel like we were part of the family!
