Ok I have been staying at this hotel for years and it’s just dated / showing its age. It needs a little TLC. Not really worth what you have to pay for it now days.

Great clean and quiet hotel. Excellent service and great food

When finding our room, we came to the hall and trash and linens lined the walls. It looked like a bomb had went off. Once in the room, it was clean, but the pillows looked a bit dingy and didn’t smell fresh.

Inconsiderate guests. It was clean. Towels scratchy. Doors were extremely hard to close so slamming doors was very annoying. We had young teens who were extremely inconsiderate and up until after midnight screaming in the hall and slamming doors. Just our luck. Overall service was good.

too expensive per night/no hot water 1st night it was fixed quickly/you are paying for location no need for your car

Loved the art gallery display in the convention center. Branson Landing is very walkable from the hotel. Bar service was good.
