This is a great hotel within walking distance to downtown and Branson Landing. We had a very comfortable room with a balcony to enjoy the nice view and weather. The Level 2 steakhouse was pricey but very much worth the it for a classy and delicious experience. The only downside is the bedding--basically a thick comforter between 2 sheets--I hate this!--but seems pretty typical for most hotels these days. Overall a great stay.

Staff was so wonderful and friendly. The guests at the hotel was all friendly. Pool and hot tub was super nice. Great restaurants all walking distance.

I didn't like having to pay for parking. Hot water in the shower was not very hot. Luke warm at best. Hotel was clean. Room was nice. Bed comfy.

I thought they had lovely rooms. I especially liked the moveable table. However I almost could not believe they did not have a microwave for the room. They also did not have streaming APPs on the TV. There was no way to watch my Netflix or other streaming services. If I am stuck in a hotel room I sure do not want to stare at the walls!

We do offer a community microwave in our gift shop in our Lobby and are happy to deliver microwaves to guest rooms based on availability.
