This location was nearby to many dining options and lots of shopping. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and the staff was wonderful! I was bummed that the room was only serviced if you requested it...we were there 4 days and we enjoy coming back to a cleaned up and fresh hotel room. The one day I requested the room to be serviced they came at 5:30pm...we'd be gone all day and by then we were all showering or relaxing to get ready for dinner so we declined. Property was beautiful and within walking distance from the Landing and connected to the Convention Center. Most of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I had one in the bar area seem very unfriendly and seemed to not acknowledge my presence when I sat down. However, it seemed it was very busy before I arrived so she may have had a rough night. Overall I had a wonderful experience at the hotel!! Will most definitely return!
