Room would’ve been fantastic if it was cleaned. The location is great and the customer service was awesome. We weren’t able to get in the room until 730 when it should’ve been available at four. There are many items that were missing in the room that should’ve been included such as soap, shampoo, blankets and pillows for the pull out bed, menu, extra towels instead of two for a big room that we got. The hotel did make it right but I can’t over look how filthy the room was

This hotel was by far the most friendliest staffed hotel I have ever stayed at. Every single person went out of their way to make sure I was happy and taken care of. The bell hop staff really go out of their way for guests.

Could be Cleaner We've stayed at this location multiple times, and came away disappointed with this visit. The location and views are great, as is the service. Our bathroom was not clean or well kept this visit, with liquid residue both on the sink as well as the bathroom door frame. There was also mold/mildew present in the shower curtain, which evidently hadn't been cleaned in some time.
