Comfort of room The air conditioning didn’t work room very hot. Called for help never showed up to fix air. Been at Hilton several times and this was the first bad experience. The mattress at the convention center wasn’t comfortable at all compared to the mattress at Branson landing was
It was ok.
Branson landing is an absolutely awesome location! As for the hotel, I was there for six days and you have to do your own housekeeping. I Purchased a sweeper to clean out my room and I had to check in and get towels every day. It’s the most expensive property in BRANSON, I am surprised that you have to do your own housekeeping. Other than that, it is a beautiful hotel in probably the best location for convenience. Just be prepared to clean up after yourself.
We have stayed there several times and every time the service and hospitality is above and beyond
Nice hotel and walking distance to Branson Landing Very nice hotel and the staff was great. Only suggestion would be, for 400.00 a night, the parking should be comped.
