My family and I stayed here over Thanksgiving week. Everything was great. Check in was easy, valet was really fast. The hotel is close to attractions, some even walking distance. The room was very clean. The lobby was beautiful! All the bellmen were so friendly, helpful, and speedy! Its nice that you are pet friendly too.

The property was outstanding. Perfect location. It’s nice they allow dogs but not when the dog in the next room is left alone and barks incessantly for hours upon hours. Please, if you must bring your dog take it when you leave your room.

Comfort of room The air conditioning didn’t work room very hot. Called for help never showed up to fix air. Been at Hilton several times and this was the first bad experience. The mattress at the convention center wasn’t comfortable at all compared to the mattress at Branson landing was
