The technicians in this office are undertrained, inefficient, and careless. They also did not share Covid information with the patients. The technician was carrying my service dog improperly, hurt him, and dropped him. He was scared and ran. This facility was untrained and ill prepared to try and rescue him. Numerous calls were ignored and the staff was rude and was unable to help. F you value your pet, do not use this facility.

So I have reviewed this company a few months back, I thought I would give them another shot. Well last night was the last straw for me. Last night my puppy got his head gashed accidentally and starting bleeding terribly. It was scary and horrific, natural reaction - "call her vet and let them see her asap" - So I do!
