Brought my dog in for the first time. Really like how my appointment went. Staff was very nice and helpful. Vet was very helpful. I like that I felt relaxed and not pressured. I didn't feel overcharged. Will be returning for sure!!

Absolutely love these people. Their dedication to fur babies is evident each day. We have seen Dr Carpenter for the past 14 years. He delivers quality/compassionate care. Have seen several of the other vets abs have had great care. The staff goes up and beyond when delivering care. Would not leave this group ever.

We are overly satitisfied with this vet. The Dr.s and techs have been nothing but kind and compassionate in dealing with our furry family. A few years back we had a kitty in kidney failure and she need IV fluids everyday. We couldn't do this at home for her. They never acted upset or inconvenienced about provideding this service for her, even when kitty provided scratches for their effort. I just returned from picking up my 53 lb. goldendoodle after having him groomed a Hiram Animal Hospital. I read all the praise on line about the outstanding groomer. I also had to wait 2 months for the grooming appointment because they are just that booked. When I arrived at approximately 7:30AM to drop my dog off the waiting room was already quite busy. I thought Dr Carpenter was excellent. He was caring and concerned about my dog and he would definitely be my choice for a Veterinarian If I had not witnessed his indifferent staff. The day of our new patient exam I encountered a limping dog who was obviously in pain in the parking lot with his owner coming out of the clinic I immediately thought the dog had been treated for an injury. Hiram Animal Hospital is the best. They answer all my stupid questions and explain the procedures that they do with patience. My dog is my child and I want someone to care for him just like if he was their family member. I recently moved 45 minutes away, but I will still drive to Hiram for my dog's appointments because I trust them fully.

Our Lab Chuck loves Dr Carpenter and all the staff. He walks in like he is happy to see everyone there! Dr. Carpenter and his team take time to answer all of our questions and concerns. We feel very confident that Chuck gets the best care posssible.
