Excellent printer for someone who needs the faster speed, increased memory and extra security features The Brother HLL6200DWT is a serious B&W laser printer for a small office. It’s fast at 48ppm, has a fairly large memory at 256MB, a large paper capacity with two trays that each hold slightly more than a ream (500 pages) each, and has advanced security features. Great printer. Have had several of the older model 6180. Was ready to buy a new one and saw this updated one was actually cheaper so bought it. It is faster than the older model and seems a little better put together. So definitely improved plus faster. If you are looking for a great monochrome printer, this is the best one around. Only minor complaints some people might have is it is kind of loud when something starts to print and, especially in a home office setting, you might see a power surge. Very Fast Network Printer With an Optional Second Tray This is the 5th Brother printer that we have in our office. Previously I have used HP, Lexmark, Dell, Ricoh and Canon printers. In my experience, Brother are the most reliable and trouble free printers. Best monochrome laser duplex printer available I got this printer as a nice incremental upgrade to theBrother HL6180DWI have been using in my home office, and have now brought to work as a local printer that spares me the walk to the office copier. The two printers are nearly identical in form factor and performance, and despite the difference in specifications (48ppm vs 42ppm / 256 MB vs 128 MB), I don't notice any appreciable difference in performance. Amazing printer! Love this printer!!! I have a brother at work and have loved it; as a result I was thrilled to get one for home. My husband had it up and running in about 45 minutes. We can print wirelessly from our desktop and our laptop. Print quality is superior and it prints so quickly! I would highly recommend this printer to all!
Love this Printer. No worry its running out of Ink, Easy install. This printer works exactly like it said. It only prints in black and white, Not Color, but that is what i wanted. I believe that they offer another model that has that ability. The bluetooth wireless set up on the 1st try and worked like a champ. Only took 10 mins to install. I would recommend this Printer for anyone to use in there office, Or home office. I now can print without worrying I’m running out of ink.
Great little laser printer with really cheap total cost of ownership! I love these black and white Brother laser printers! They're easy to set up, super economical, and they print and print and print. I have a HL6180DW and I bought another for a client. This is basically this years model of that printer.
