Life is too short to have this printer in your life! I bought this printer in July thinking it was just what I needed as a mobile notary. It could handle two trays of paper and was reportedly high speed. In my business I am required to print out sets of documents ranging from 30 - 250 pages including both legal and letter sized. Don't order off line anymore I spent 700.00 for a printer that I have been having problems with getting set up forover a month. Only did emails with communication letter and legal pages nothing the different on what to print. Amazon was no help as well. Very bad customer service all the way around.
I took product to fedex yesterday when can I expect my refund? Product was over priced.
Wrong item sent in correct box Wrong model inside correct box. Sent single tray unit instead of double tray. Return was easy which was nice. Fully refunded.
Print out with smear and ink scattered ink in paper Just want to say that I love brother printer but just this model of l6200dwt that gave me problem with them blurry and smear of the toner. I own two of them for two different office and using or original brother toner. One of them the problem occurred after a few month and the the other happened a couple month later. Do not buy this type of printer. The printer worked ok -not greatly, just ok- for one month. As it had a internal clock from it first use so one could not benefit from warranty or anything. It stopped connecting to the WiFi, stopped printing pages correctly unless one rotates the pages 180 degrees -for some unexplained reason. It constantly jams. Beware of PRICE GOUGING $319.99 is the normal price for this printer. Because more people are working from home and because this particular printer is in demand and on backorder most places the price has skyrocketed. I bought it out of necessity. But charging so much over the actual value of the printer is wrong. I had the money to do it, begrudgingly. Capitalism is a root cause of many things that are wrong with our society. Very disappointed Bought product August 1st, today December 11th and it doesn't work. It does not choose paper by pdf size. Tried numerous times to reinstall the drivers, it didn't help. I needed something that I can rely on, but apparently this is not the one. After many Brothers products that I bought through the years I am very disappointed and will be switching to some other brand.
What a disappointment!! I like the duplex printing and additional paper tray for mass printing. However, the print quality was bad from day one. Support sent me a new toner cartridge and the problem never went away! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
