good printer good printer, easy installation, trusted quality. but not good for card stock /heavy paper and image quality not best . for everything else recommended.
great for small business Love love this printer- easy to use and great color printing quality for small business!! Way better than getting ripped off at local print shops!! Haven't replaced cartridges yet in 6 months, so we will see how it does when that happens... so far it is amazing!
great image quality, feeds all kinds of paper perfectly We're very pleased at the way this printer prints and with how it feeds all sorts of papers. It's a titch slower than the one it replaced, but the print dialog is so much faster it's about a wash. We disabled the Wifi because we run a secure wired network and don't want wifi entry points.
Expected better Came with a broken ink cartridge tray--Brother tech support very helpful and efficient, quickly sent me a replacement part. Have used for two months on light duty but already out of ink--just ordered new ones. A bit disappointed about that. Have had several paper jams--easy to clear up; but still, they should not happen in normal use. Excellent quality Excellent quality. Fast, crisp and clear printing. Great color reproduction if you use quality paper. A bit spendy but I'd buy it again and recommend it highly. I didn't give any star rating for tech support because I never needed to contact them.
So far a great color laser printer I bought this laser printer 28 Mar 19, so far it has been great. Easy setup and has just been working. The print quality has been good too. No Paper jams so far. It has automatically done two firmware updates, with no issues.
Laser Nice printer
Works wonderful New printer after 20+ years and it works fantastic. Only issue thus far is printing from explorer, but can easily switch to different browser. Prints double sided and from phone.
There is a "stalling" that gopes on when printing large files The printer works quickly however all pages are somewhat curved when going through the machine vs coming out straight. Also the printing process stops and starts when printing large files.
