One month and I'm still pleased Super easy to set up, comes with toner and print quality is excellent. I've only been using it a month, and I'm not a heavy printer. This was my choice based on the features, cost, print quality and manufacturer. I've got light printing needs, so I can't attest to how much of a work horse it is, but it runs 50 page duplex documents quickly and easily, and they look great.
Great for the home office - wireless printing from iphone! The brother printer is more than I expected. I love that I can wirelessly print from my iPhone with limited configuration. The print quality is good. I bought a nicer printer paper to avoid wrestling with jams. I print wirelessly from windows, macbook, and iPhone with no issue. I don't know how long the ink will last...
Great colors but the resolution isn't very crisp As you can see from the attached photos--the colors are great but the resolution isn't very sharp. For office use it's perfect. The installation was easy. It doesn't come with usb printer chord though lucky me I have some with me. Wireless connection is easy to setup basically run the installation-cd and you're good to go.

Great printer & superior software / setup / networking features This is by far the best printer we have ever owned - and over the years we've tried just about all the major brands. We run a small business and we have a college student in house, so this thing gets a good workout. Works great We do not print often, and need a color printer even less. However, when we do print, particularly when we want color-printing, we want a unit that is reliable and provides great results. The HL-L8360CDW has done that for us. We are very pleased with its performance to date.

Looks good so far... When I was searching for a good color laser for home use I forgot to look at the actual size measurements. This thing is full size. It looked a lot smaller in the picture. Oops! It is certainly not fitting on the shelf as I originally envisioned! It seems to work great though. I have the the whole family set up to use it over the network. Very nice printer I'll start out by saying that I have owned several Brother laser printers over the years. They have always been reliable and, unlike HP printers, they will stop print when the toner is too low. No more coming back in the room and finding blank pages spewing out of the printer. Having said that, like all other printers, Brother sells the printers cheaply and then makes a profit on supplies.
