love it great printer
So far the canon 8360 is performing great Only had it a couple months but set-up was a breeze - Wifi to 4 computers, remote print from my 2 cell phones and NFC printing were all easy to set up. Print quality excellent for business documents, including color pics and graphs. I love the pull out tray with the toner cartridges. Makes it a breeze to change. I wish it ran a little quieter.
Nightmare business model Probably true of all lower cost printers. They work great with their initial low capacity cartridges, then you have to buy Brother's own brand replacements at 10x the cost of generics. However, I found that even the own brand toner cartridges did not work, which cost me a whole month of productivity. There are reviews with cheat reset codes, which I will try and expect will work. Excellent So far so good. Excellent print quality, and a great price for a brother color laser. I have always had great experiences with Brother laser printers and own 3 black and white plus this color unit.
Best purchase this year. Got tired of buying ink for my color ink jet printer. It was expensive. This laser color printer is perfect. Been using for a few months and the toner supply is still almost full. If you're looking for something to print photos onto glossy photo paper, this is not the one. But for everyday color printing it is super.
Excellent printer, worth the price, reliable I’ve owned at least 25 printers in the past 30 years, and this one is the best. I’ve had it for several months and it’s a workhorse. I can print from my desk, my iPhone, and iPad. The wireless works fine. Have had NO paper jams, no poor quality prints. I’ve printed 200 page documents two-sided, and the quality is as good as my other workhorse, an upper end HP laser printer with fewer features. Worth the money. Its a bit larger than I anticipated but, it offers great quality printing and was easy to set up. Its nice being able to easily print from my cell phone.
Easy to use, no headaches Does the job, no complaints. I have 2 small businesses and leave this in my home office. Mostly use for black and white duplex printing, occasional color. I don't use for printing photos or pictures much, but stick to color cartoons etc for store signs such as holiday hours etc. I like that the ink is less expensive than for HP products. GREAT Printer After suffering a series of DESKJET printers and being ripped off with every ink re-order, we decided it was time to upgrade to a real laser printer. At first I though it was only B&W, but it's full color. We only use it for home printing so it's pretty light service. But I have to say it's reliable, always there when we need it.
