Haven't needed tech support so only gave it a 4-star.. Got sick of ink jet and needed higher quality print. Color laser is good for that. I've worn out 2 or 3 laser printers thus far over twenty years. Used HP office, B&W brother, color brother.. I print quite a bit..
The Best This is the best printer I have ever had and I have had most of them.
So Far It is Excellent I received this printer a few days ago. I was able to set it up, including wireless internet, in less than 30 minutes. The initial copies have been EXCELLENT but I did notice some curling. When I researched the reason why I found I should use paper with a weight of 24# instead of 20#. I purchased this printer after reading the reviews on many printers. While the printer is reasonably priced for what you get, their replacement cartridges (which I will not need for awhile) is ridiculously priced. My advi... read more
So far so good but wish it had a scanner So far this printer is working like a dream. I'll know more after a few months.
Works Great Network Setup was a bit difficult but after 30 minutes It was all set up. It works very well, Even updated firmware through wireless network. Very fast printing compared to my canon printer. I would recommend this printer based on the extra large toner cartridge options, fine print detail and print from phone options as well.

Very easy to setup and works great right out of the box. I received the printer this AM and had it up and running in 15 minutes. Read the directions and you can't go wrong. My first print job was 396 pages, it went through that in 12 minutes 18 seconds so the 33 pages per minute is pretty much as advertised. That was all black so don't know how fast the color is although I did print some color to test it and that seems very fast also. I have it hooked up with USB 2.0 so can't comment on wireless. Fantastic color laser This is a great workhorse laser. I wore out my last one, printing well over 100,000 pages and was glad they still had the same model. While toner cartridges are not inexpensive, the per page costs are better than most.
