Had to get a replacement for my old Brother B&W (2013 - 9 yrs old) and Color (2016 - 5 yrs old) Had to purchase this printer due to failing existing printers - works as intended, good photos (others state "not so good". Unit is quicker than older units and I consider better rendering (re: details more "crisper", etc.). Would recommend to buy.
Amazing Quality and Speed I needed a printer that would be consistently professional quality, fast and efficient. And I found it with the HL-L8360CDW. I had a Canon before that and it was always out of registration. Have yet to experience any issues with this printer. Love it so far!

Love it - just like the old school HP printers of a generation ago This thing is built like a tank. It reminds me of the Hewlett-Packard laser printers we used to use in the 90s. They were heavy and worked flawlessly, every time. This printer attached easily to my network using either ethernet or Wi-Fi. I can print to it from any of my iPhones or iPads or Windows 10 computers. It also prints seamlessly using a MacBook Pro. Beautiful images produced quietly and reliably! This printer replaced brand X which I used for many years, at FAR less cost to buy. The printing is photo realistic but FAR quieter than the old one. I had no need of tech support to set it up, but I've experienced excellent support from Brother in the past. Good job (as usual) Brother!
Surprisingly fast and nice printing Speed Quality if print Used in a home office with two of its using it. We really like it compared to many other Brother printers we have used through the years.
High Qualify Output, Great features, Easy set-up, Exceeds expectations! Purchased this printer to replace another color laser printer I was using that did not have automatic duplexing, couldn't handle it's cars stock, and never printed straight or even. Very economical for the printing I have been using Canon, Xerox Laser printers but so far this Brother laser is the best one. It is trouble free and using less toner cartridges. Steve
Beautiful printing This was a quick set up. I did have to do some problem-solving along the way as the setup instructions did not work as written. I wish I could be more specific. I accessed the wireless on the printer at one point to make sure it communicated with my router. Copies are excellent. It does take it about 20 seconds to wake up but then the printing is as advertised. I did a comparison with my inkjet and the text images are clearer and easier to read.
