I'm a 60 year old CTO, and I travel quite often on business related matters. While I was away last April, apparently there was a hailstorm in my neighborhood. Three months later, I noticed most of the houses on the block were having their roofs replaced so I spoke with my next-door neighbor. I had a great experience with Holden. Timothy Carr was fantastic working with my insurance and took a ton of burden off of me while making sure I knew every step of the process. I was very satisfied with the out standing customer service we had. Communication was great, he was very professional, very knowledgeable and we loved that he was an ex military vet. Our roof came out amazing and thanks so much to the great crew that was on site and took care of replacing our new roof! Thank you again, Cindy Deleon

Holden Roofing did a complete re-roofing on my house and their sub-contractor(gutters) exceeded all of my expectations. Everything from beginning to the end was handled totally to our satisfaction. Timothy Carr a very professional, knowledgeable and courteous person is the reason for our satisfaction. I cant imagine a better rep than Phillip He is the whole package. Knowledgeable. dependable. professional. friendly. His ‘customer comes first’ attitude is refreshing and very rare these days. The crew was here from.early AM until it was too dark to continue. They cleaned up before going home each night. We couldn’t be more pleased with our new roof and the entire process. We would definitely recommend Holden Roofing to family and/or friends.

Philip went above and beyond with his services, was listening to my requirements. He made sure our roof meets and exceeded construction requirements. Kept me informed about insurance supplements claims. He did a final walk trough and was paying close attention to detail. Great costumer service. Roofing crew did a fast and clean job, working under our extreme Texas heat.
