I can’t emphasize enough on how great of an experience we had with Raul Lara with Holden Roofing. We had our roof inspected from multiple companies after it was impacted from a Hail Storm and they all said the same thing. There was no damage. I was referred to Raul whom has done a couple of roofs in my neighborhood. He came out and did a very thorough inspection and did find damage. It is a rare thing now to get excellent customer service. My experience with Holden Roofing's representative, John Winn, was beyond great. John was on time, explained all aspects of the roofing inspection, worked cooperatively with me and the insurance inspector. I would certainly recommend John and Holden Roofing. You simply cannot fine better customer service.
Austin Bridges guided us through the entire experience of replacing our roof. He met with our insurance adjuster, helped us to select high-grade shingles from Owens Corning in the correct color for our neighborhood, and inspected the finished roof to ensure that it was done correctly.
