Smooth. This is the first project where I felt I could trust a work crew to do it right without my oversight. Each worker knew their role, hit it early, and didn't stop all day. They got it done in one day. I was very impressed. Our Rep, Jonathan, was easy to work with, and didn't rush any part of the process....always prompt to answer our questions, and explain the process. 1st Class operation!

I had the pleasure to work with Kurt DeRuiter at Holden Roofing when we had hail damage on our roof. Throughout the process, Kurt has been extremely patient and quick to respond to any questions/requests from myself as well as dealing with my insurance company. The Holden crew did a great job on the roof and spent a lot of time on cleanup making sure the trash and nails were removed. A couple of guys came back afterwords to make sure everything was done. Kurt was very attentive throughout the process explaining everything and meeting with the insurance adjuster. He came back during the reroof and when it was finished to walk the roof and grounds. I would highly recommend Holden Roofing and Kurt DeRuiter.

Andrew was great at explaining the process from dealing with the insurance company , when the job would start and end , what materials were going to be used etc . I just had the most amazing experience with Holden Roofing via Adam Wisdom in Austin. We met when I was driving for Lyft and we started talking about roof damage caused by weather conditions. I expressed my concerns about my own roof. Adam offered to review the condition of my roof. A few days later he was on my roof and Indicated I did indeed have hale damage from the recent storm that hit my area.
