It is a rare thing now to get excellent customer service. My experience with Holden Roofing's representative, John Winn, was beyond great. John was on time, explained all aspects of the roofing inspection, worked cooperatively with me and the insurance inspector. I would certainly recommend John and Holden Roofing. You simply cannot fine better customer service.
Austin Bridges guided us through the entire experience of replacing our roof. He met with our insurance adjuster, helped us to select high-grade shingles from Owens Corning in the correct color for our neighborhood, and inspected the finished roof to ensure that it was done correctly. We have an awesome new roof installed by Holden Roofing. We can not say enough good things about the attention to detail and fighting spirit from Jonathan Lourigan. We experienced roof damage from a hail storm and our insurance company (State Farm) denied the claim. Holden did a great job on the roof and Jonathan was excellent navigating to reverse the denial He is the best.
