I like shopping in your store because you carry a wide selection of foods, treats, and products for dogs. Your in-store sales associates are polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. However, your website sucks, particularly your search function. I end up having to chat online to find what I'm looking for. The online representative is always polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Thanks for the opportunity to review.
