Always a pleasure to order and go into the store. The staff is always so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I know they truly love animals, and I always feel welcome when I come into the store.

Greeted warmly - as always. Store was clean & orderly. I had my dog with me & my 2 bags of needed food were brought to the counter for me & then taken to my car. Wonderful staff. Always a pleasure going to this store.

Thank you Karen! I was traveling and stopped in to get some pet food. Karen asked me some questions and was able to find me the food that worked perfect for my dogs. Karen was freaking awesome and I appreciate the fact that she asked me questions, helped me find the food and I was on my way quickly!

Always welcoming and helpful. Staff quick to assist and provide information without pressure to buy more. While I went without my sweet dog for this visit, she loves to explore the store and make new friends. Home delivery service is excellent too.
