Thank you Karen! I was traveling and stopped in to get some pet food. Karen asked me some questions and was able to find me the food that worked perfect for my dogs. Karen was freaking awesome and I appreciate the fact that she asked me questions, helped me find the food and I was on my way quickly!

Always welcoming and helpful. Staff quick to assist and provide information without pressure to buy more. While I went without my sweet dog for this visit, she loves to explore the store and make new friends. Home delivery service is excellent too.

Aubrey is Awesome with our Dobby. Dobby has always has issues with getting his nails cut. Aubrey is perfect and Dobby is so calm with Aubrey. Dobby loves the cookies and other staff as well

Was unsure about how to deal with my dogs upset stomach. A young lady named Claire assisted me almost amazingly. Definitely will return for any other inquiries.

Zoe helped me today with a kennel for my incredible puppy…my wingman…Lucky the rescue dog! This is the third time I have been to the Hollywood Feed on Union Avenue in Memphis and I have never met a staff who bend over backwards to make customers feel like they are family! I have been to many pet supply places throughout the U.S. and have never experienced this kind of personal service!
