Our staff receives 40-50 hours of training each year on customer service and the pet products we have in store, and they are enthusiastic about sharing their expertise with our customers! Greeted warmly - as always. Store was clean & orderly. I had my dog with me & my 2 bags of needed food were brought to the counter for me & then taken to my car. Wonderful staff. Always a pleasure going to this store.

Thank you Karen! I was traveling and stopped in to get some pet food. Karen asked me some questions and was able to find me the food that worked perfect for my dogs. Karen was freaking awesome and I appreciate the fact that she asked me questions, helped me find the food and I was on my way quickly!
