Great customer service. I was immediately helped and the worker was very knowledgeable and extremely polite. The cat toys she recommended were a huge hit.

I like shopping in your store because you carry a wide selection of foods, treats, and products for dogs. Your in-store sales associates are polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. However, your website sucks, particularly your search function. I end up having to chat online to find what I'm looking for.
