The staff on union are absolutely amazing! Been shopping there for years and have a great experience every time. They can answer every single question as experts.

Our staff receives 40-50 hours of training each year on customer service and the pet products we have in store, and they are enthusiastic about sharing their expertise with our customers! Greeted warmly - as always. Store was clean & orderly. I had my dog with me & my 2 bags of needed food were brought to the counter for me & then taken to my car. Wonderful staff. Always a pleasure going to this store.
