I wanted to get a harness that was up high, and a nearby staff member got it down for me. I had the old harness and she was able to confirm it would work (and it did!). As usual the person at the register offered to carry items out, which was appreciated but not needed. Checkout was fast, as it always is. Thank you for all you do.

Employees are helpful enough in store. After purchasing two large bags of dog food one would think one of the four employees just chatting at the checkout would follow you out to bring back their cart. Nope. I had to park at the end of the lot and with no cart corrals I walked the cart back into the store. Sorry, that’s just not great customer service to me.

We used the self serve dog wash area for the first time, it was so easy and had everything needed to wash and dry our dog. We will definitely return for all of our doggie baths! This was the first time I had a delivery from Hollywood Feed and I could not be more pleased with my experience. The food was delivered in less than one hour from the time I made my order. Great experience and I will continue to be a loyal customer!
