Cashier was great when I ask him about something for my dog he showed me where it was at your store was the only store that had treat that I was looking for everyone else was out thank you Hollywood feed for making my girl Faith happy she loves the treats that I bought herÂ

I wanted to get a harness that was up high, and a nearby staff member got it down for me. I had the old harness and she was able to confirm it would work (and it did!). As usual the person at the register offered to carry items out, which was appreciated but not needed. Checkout was fast, as it always is. Thank you for all you do.Â

Employees are helpful enough in store. After purchasing two large bags of dog food one would think one of the four employees just chatting at the checkout would follow you out to bring back their cart. Nope. I had to park at the end of the lot and with no cart corrals I walked the cart back into the store. Sorry, that’s just not great customer service to me.Â
