I was traveling home to Alabama from MS and my dog needed a flea treatment ASAP. I Googled for the nearest HF and this one was the closest and when I entered the store I told them what I needed. I was greeted with a smile and I asked their opinions on what I needed to get the quickest results against the fleas. I followed their advice and they even had a Memorial Day coupon that they applied towards my purchase which was a total bonus. Customer service has somewhat declined in the store. Employees usually no longer offer to load my car when purchasing heavy bags of dog food and cat litter
