The store was recommended by a friend with a sick, very old, dog. I have a not really well, very old cat. I was impressed coming in when I said what I needed and the associate took me to the exact place and helped me find food that might work. Given my pick eater it was more important that I could take back what didn't work. I've not known this good of customer service since I was trained to provide int in Williamsburg VA in 1990.

Hello! You guys are the absolute best. I used to same day delivery for the first time yesterday. Please pass my apologies and thanks to my delivery person at The Venue appt downtown. Everytime he called I was in an awkward zoom call and I definitely sounded rude and ungrateful on the phone!
