The staff is so friendly and helpful every time I go in! They remember my dogs and ask about them if I go without them, and also recommend specific things based on their needs and I’m so grateful for their advice. Im on a budget and normally shop bargains and don’t go for higher end products, but the value I’ve found in the food and treats and supplies are more than worth the up front cost and has completely changed the way I shop. I honestly wish there was a way to rate more than 5 stars.

The employees are always helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the same delivery service has some kinks to workout. However, if you are shopping in the store, they get a 5 star rating.
