I did not see the item I wanted. A young lady working there found it for me. It was on a shelf too high for me to reach. She got it down for me. She was very pleasant to work with.

I have been a loyal customer for years for my three dogs. Now we are using the delivery service and it is amazing. They always leave extra treats or draw some thing fun on the package. This is the best pet food store in Birmingham.
