Excellent service! I went to pick up dog food and asked about how to put on a new collar for my dog that was just like the one the resident dog had on and I was given a full demonstration from an employee who seemed happy to do it!

Awesome customer service! Great products I haven’t seen in other pet stores. I have dogs with allergies so I have to be careful with ingredients and they have many products to choose from. Love this store!

Always awesome customer service! The store is always clean and well organized. The team is well informed and the deals at this place are worth screaming about. Which I have done after a bottle of Lambrusco with a bunch of fur parents. Great time.
