I visited the Hollywood Feed store in Bartlett. I was greeted by Becky who was very knowledgeable and friendly. She made it a very enjoyable shopping experience.

I found some things for my cat that I was looking for, so overall my experience was good. The only thing that bothers me about your store is you cater so much to dogs. You only have two aisles dedicated to cats and the whole rest of your store is for dogs. Please carry more for cats!

Becky was amazing. I am training my pups and Becky gave me very good advice and helped me choose the products I needed. I will always return to Hollywood Feed because of Becky’s and other employees’ service.

Your Bartlett TN staff are always friendly and helpful. The only issue I have is your website which needs some help with navigation. I have to repeatedly reset to Bartlett store when setting up an order. It keeps reverting to a store in TX. I am afraid I’ll pay for my stuff and it will be waiting for me in another state!
