So, I've been going to Hollywood feed since they took over the Sears surplus outlet years ago. I've been to various locations over the years. I've now found my "home". The Hollywood Feed on Summer in Bartlett! They have the mostest friendliest, helpfulest, knowledgeable people that you could ever ask for. This location is out of my way, but that doesn't matter, it's now home! Bring the pupper or kitty they will get extra lovin!
Great products and great employees. Special kudos to Lorri, the store manager. She helped us find exactly what we needed. She offered, without being pushy, other products suggestions that we may try later. It is obvious that she really cares about the pets and their owners. I saw her enthusiastically greet pets by name as they came in. This is a great store!

I was greeted immediately and told about all the sales. Lori was very knowledgeable and helpful with my questions about my dog's sensitive skin and allergies. The store also appeared very clean and well organized. My favorite Hollywood Feed in town!
